We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected through the Bramley Meadows website was used only to manage attendance at the recent consultation workshops. This information was not shared with any unrelated third parties and has now been securely deleted, unless you have separately asked to receive ongoing updates about the project.

We apologise for a short period where our privacy policy was not displayed at the time of registration. This oversight was corrected immediately once identified, and the website now includes both a full Privacy Policy (below) and Cookie Policy for transparency.

Who We Are

This website is operated on behalf of 3West (“we”, “us”, “our”). For the purposes of data protection law, 3West is the Data Controller for personal data collected via this website.

We work with the following organisations, who act as Data Processors on our behalf:

  • Meeting Place (PP Comms Ltd, Company no. 05850082, registered at 2 Redcliffe Way, Redcliffe, Bristol, BS1 6NL) – supporting communications and engagement relating to Bramley Meadows.
  • Taylored Marketing Ltd (Company no 15360196)  – providing marketing and digital services to support Bramley Meadows.

Both organisations only process personal data on our instructions and in line with data protection law.
